Purchase and subscription management (RevenueCat)
The Provider uses services from RevenueCat, Inc. to verify purchases, manage Premium access, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and analyze subscriptions.
- Data sent to RevenueCat includes an app user identifier, product and transaction identifiers, purchase history, purchase and renewal dates, expiration dates, and subscription status such as trials, cancellation and refunds. An anonymous app identifier is still used to associate purchase records.
- Purchase and restoration results and subscription plans are also recorded with Firebase to improve the Service.
- Apple processes payments. Neither the Provider nor RevenueCat receives your credit card number through these App Store payments.
- Service providers such as RevenueCat may process information outside Japan. The Provider reviews processors’ contractual terms and security measures in accordance with applicable law.

Favorites and history backups (iCloud and file export)
- When you create a backup, it includes saved place names, addresses, latitude and longitude, and timestamps such as creation, update and last use, from your favorites and history. This is saved-place information; this feature does not continuously collect your travel route.
- If you choose iCloud, the data is sent to and stored in Seeker’s dedicated storage associated with your Apple Account. This backup feature does not send backup contents to the Provider’s servers or RevenueCat. iCloud is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
- Backups are saved at your request. Subsequent changes or deletions are not automatically applied to existing backups.
- The app keeps the five latest completed iCloud backups and deletes older backups when retrieving the backup list. Connectivity or synchronization may delay deletion. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete iCloud backups.
- You can delete Seeker’s iCloud data through iCloud storage management in your device settings. Labels and availability may vary by OS. If you need help finding the deletion controls, contact us using Section 10. The Provider cannot directly delete backups from your iCloud account.
- If you export a file, it is passed to the destination or recipient you select. You are responsible for managing and deleting that file. External storage and sharing services also apply their own terms and privacy policies.
- Deleting an item in the app may leave it in existing backups or exported files. Restoring a backup may bring back deleted items.
6. Prohibition of use by minors under 13 years of age
If you are a minor under 13 years old, you cannot use this service. This service does not intentionally collect personal information from minors under the age of 13. If you think that we hold information on minors under the age of 13, please contact our contact information as described in Section 10 (Inquiries regarding acquired information).
7. Your choices, retention and deletion
- iCloud backup is optional. If you do not use it, this feature does not save data to iCloud.
- If information required for purchase verification cannot be processed, we may be unable to verify or restore Premium access.
- Purchase and subscription information is retained for as long as necessary to verify and restore access, respond to inquiries, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Retention is determined by subscription status, outstanding inquiries or disputes, and applicable legal retention requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or disassociated from the individual.
- To request access, correction, deletion, restriction of use, or withdrawal of consent for information processed by the Provider, contact us using Section 10. We will identify the relevant information, verify your identity where needed, and respond in accordance with applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, for example because of a legal retention obligation, we will explain why.
- Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete purchase records held by services such as RevenueCat, or iCloud backups. See Section 10 for purchase-data inquiries and Section 5 for backup deletion.
- Requesting deletion of information does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel through Apple’s subscription management. Payment records held by Apple are subject to Apple’s rules and cannot be deleted solely at the Provider’s discretion.
8. Secure management and access of personal information
In handling personal information, the provider will keep the customer’s personal information accurate and up-to-date, and will implement safety measures and strictly manage personal information in order to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, or leakage of personal information.
9. Amendments to these rules
These rules may be revised at our discretion for reasons such as compliance with laws and national guidelines. The amendment will become effective when the revised regulations are posted on this page. However, in the event of a major revision that will have a major impact on customers, a reasonable advance notice period will be provided in advance, and notification will be given in an easy-to-understand manner on this service, and the revised regulations will be posted on this page.
